Shipping Policy

I aim to create and ship all orders within 5 working days (unless stated otherwise on the product page). This may be increased to up to 14 working days during busy seasons. You will receive email confirmation if your dispatch time is to be later than expected.

I do not create or send orders on Sundays and Public Holidays.

For UK Mainland deliveries I post second class Royal Mail.

I currently DO NOT ship to the EU your order will not be able to be completed at checkout. 

Some items may incur an additional postage fee, and this will be clearly visible on the product listing page.

There are additional postal upgrades including tracking, available on all orders.

I cannot be held responsible for delays in the Royal Mail Posting system. If you do not purchase tracking and your item is delayed. We are advised by Royal Mail to please wait until 14 days after your shipment notification to contact the business. This allows for full postal system to work. If you purchase tracking with your order and experience delays. Please contact Royal Mail in the 1st instance if they are unable to assist, I will look into resolving your query.
