Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Creative Stationery London LTD has a 14-day refund and exchange policy.

 
To receive your refund or exchange you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. After I have acknowledged and accepted your return. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to me. Please do not sent goods back before I have acknowledged your return.

I will then refund you within 7 days of receiving the goods back.

 
• I do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised items, unless the fault is mine. For example I have incorrectly spelt a name.

• If you knew an item was faulty when they bought it – for instance, an item purchased from a second’s sale.

• You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it. 

• Digital downloads
