Personalised Items

As each diary is handmade and personalised to order, returns are not possible unless the fault lies with CSL (for example, incorrect personalisation or colour).

If you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us at the earliest convenience, outlining the nature of the issue so that we can offer a solution.

Please note that errors made at the point of order (such as incorrect spelling of personalisation details provided by the customer) cannot be corrected free of charge.

Non-Personalised Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Creative Stationery London LTD has a 14-day refund and exchange policy.

To receive your refund or exchange you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. After I have acknowledged and accepted your return. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to me. Please do not sent goods back before I have acknowledged your return.


I will then refund you within 7 days of receiving the goods back.• I do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised items, unless the fault is mine. For example I have incorrectly spelt a name.


• If you knew an item was faulty when they bought it – for instance, an item purchased from a second’s sale.


• You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it.
