FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the minimum order?

My minimum is 25 units. Most clients order between 25–100 pieces, though I can accommodate higher volumes where needed.

How much does it cost?

Prices start from £11.50 per unit for basic builds. Most bespoke projects usually sit between £13–16 per unit depending on finishes, materials, and design complexity. A full quote is always provided once we confirm your specifications.

What’s included in the process?

Every project includes: enquiry → design → sample → one revision → production → delivery. One revision round is included as standard. Further revisions are available at an additional fee.

How long will it take?

Custom projects typically take 4–6 weeks once confirmed. Please allow extra time if you have specific event deadlines — I take on a limited number of projects each season to maintain quality.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes — a small portfolio of past projects will be shared during the application process, so you can see what’s possible. I also share behind-the-scenes and finished pieces regularly on Instagram and LinkedIn.

What if my application isn’t accepted?

Every project is reviewed carefully to make sure it’s the right fit for both sides. If I’m not the best fit for your needs right now, I’ll let you know respectfully and honestly.
